					<description><![CDATA[This issue has one of my favourite John Brosnan columns.  I really adored &quot;It&#039;s Only a Movie&quot; - so much fun.  And his &quot;Future Visions&quot; on SF cinema is still one of my most cherished books on the genre.

How lovely to read such a great investigation of the mail order scene of the time.  This is why this blog stands out from others so wonderfully - I always gets a side-order or research and cultural context with it.

It was a terrific time to be getting &quot;Starburst&quot; and enjoying so many of the TV series that it was covering!
