When they are on that cliff just before Avon lets himself be captured by pirates. Vila is obviously concerned about Avon’s safety, but amazingly, Avon is more concerned about Vila’s safety and gives him advice. He also calls Vila ‘my hero’ but he’s not being nasty or sarcastic. It comes across as affectionate and indulgent. It’s quite a sweet scene.
